Sierra Leone is threatened by drug traffickers. If not dealt with timely, it may escalate into a drug gang-war involving most ex-combatants who are very desperate to make a living. How should Koroma handle this problem?

To start with I think the government needs to revamp the security agencies, especially the Criminal Investigation Department ( CID). By revamping I mean quality not quantity. The government should recruit top university graduates, talk to the British Government to train them for us and start them with a decent salary. Some times building a top security network means starting from scrach. The FBI in the US consists of few highly intelligently-trained men and women. This is just a start.
